Delivery
Deliveries are made via our own delivery vehicle, courier service or Australia Post, depending on the order. We aim to dispatch orders with 24-48 hours once payment is received. Please note we cannot deliver to PO boxes unless the order is shipped via Australia Post, chemicals or aerosols cannot be shipped by Australia Post.
Freight Charges
We understand that delivery costs can impact your purchasing. We aim to keep delivery costs to a minimum and we will only charge the cost. We offer competitive rates to Newcastle, Maitland, Hunter Valley, Port Stephens, Lake Macquarie areas. We can ship orders Australia wide. We will pack and measure orders prior to dispatch and select the most cost effective and efficient delivery method. It is difficult to determine freight, due to the nature of our products, bulky paper, 15/20L chemicals, dangerous goods, handles and small items. For a guide one bulky item would consist of either a box of toilet paper, garbage bag cartons, a vacuum cleaner box, 4x5L chemicals in one box or various products packed in cartons up to 20kg weight. Freight is generally determined by the amount of cartons and 15/20L drums. For small orders under 3kg (excluding chemicals), we can send in satchels.
Dangerous Goods
Some chemicals are classified as hazardous and incur a dangerous goods surcharge, or they are only available to pick up in store.
Back Orders
Most items listed online are stock items. However, should any item be temporarily out of stock. This item will be placed on back order and dispatched at as soon as the item is received.
Special Order Items
If you are looking for a particular item and it is not listed on our website. Please contact one of our team members and we will be able to assist you with a quote. Please note that special order items or custom orders are non-returnable.
Returns
- If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us with your invoice for a refund or credit.
- Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt.
- All products must be unused and in original packaging.
- Freight charges cannot be refunded.
- A re-stocking fee may be applicable.
- Special order non-stock items or custom made items are non-returned and non-refundable.

Faulty Items
Please contact us immediately if your item is faulty or has a manufacturer's defect. Some products come with a manufacturer's warranty.
Trade Accounts
We offer 30 day credit accounts to approved trade customers. Please contact us and we can arrange an application for credit account.
